2019 EPCOT INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS | "One Little Spark: Finding the Figment Inside of YOU!"
I wrote, produced, and performed this presentation for the 2018 and 2019 seasons of the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts.
After being invited to present on a topic of my choice, I opted to "take viewers on a somewhat abstract journey from childhood to today, recognizing the amazing creative talents some of them may have forgotten they have." By starting with a shared experience (coloring) and ending the timeline around young adulthood, my goal was to include as many people in the audience as possible. The mid-section shared how inspiration during my very own vacation inspired photography and art interests... and hopefully inspired them similarly during their current vacation. The end of the presentation showcased a few of the digital wallpapers I created for the official Disney Parks Blog in an attempt to show them that when they are truly passionate about their art, it may take them on new adventures or inspire others.
The original artwork was created in Photoshop.
The audio is direct source audio from the original "Journey Into Imagination" attraction at EPCOT Center.
The video used in the presentation (my delivery was timed to the video's audio) was created in Adobe PremierPro.
This "souvenir video" was created in PremierPro using video sent to me by people who viewed my presentation and audio recorded by Disney.
This was my first attempt at a "full package" project.
