When Walt Disney World opened on October 1st, 1971, it featured the Magic Kingdom and a few hotels.  Among those were Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is an ultramoderrn take on traditional Hawai'ian architecture.  Think "Brady Bunch goes to Hawai'i".
The overall design of this wallpaper actually mimics one of the resort folios originally given to resort Guests at check-in.  Inside would have been your key, your receipt, and important information about the resort.

This wallpaper was released as part of "The Blog's" celebration of the 44th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort.
